COMBI TABS 20 g After the pool is filled with water or when the pool is to be used again at the beginning of the season, the pH value of water should be altered at first using pH MINUS or pH PLUS agents to the value between 6.8 and 7.6. In the case of hard water, its hardness may be stabilised with an addition of WATER HARDNESS STABILIZER agent. Then the initial chlorinating is carried out using CHLORINE START agent, always according to the instructions for use shown on the relevant agent packing.

Then one piece of COMBI TAB 20 g per 3 m3 of water in the pool is put in the float or in the tablet dosing unit. This amount should be sufficient to maintain the necessary concentration of active chlorine in the water between 0.3 and 0.5 mg/l for 5 to 10 days depending on the factors affecting the amount of active chlorine in water, e.g. the air and water temperature, sunshine intensity and pool load. The correct active chlorine concentration and the right pH value should be checked regularly with a suitable tester. The agent already contains substances that should prevent algae from occurring, nevertheless should any algae appear, water may be treated with CHLORSHOCK GRANULAR agent according to the instructions for use shown on the agent packing. In the case of pools larger than 10 m3 COMBI TABS 200 g should preferably be used.
