Water haze can be due to a too high a pH, so the pH should be measured and adjusted as appropriate.
Water haze can also be due to the presence of fine impurities, so fine that they pass sand filters or cartridge filters untrapped. The water does not sparkle. Then you may wish to make it clearer.
The water in the pool may also turn green because it is too warm and/or the burden on the pool is too high and/or the pool is not constantly maintained in good condition. The green colour is due to the presence of algae, which may even cause the water to smell bad. This effect is referred to as sudden water quality worsening in the pool.
Procedure:
- Assess the pool water condition visually
- Select the next step in the guide depending on the type of impurity
